Shirah specialises in handling all areas of Private Client work.  The department is headed by Michael Brooks, Principal of the firm.  Michael and Shira are assisted by Vickie Lennard and Jackie Stewart.

The department is proud of its friendly, helpful and sensitive attitude towards the work carried out and this is always undertaken in a calm and professional way. The aim is to assist clients with all types of matters and to ensure the process is as stress free as possible even in cases of bereavement.

Being house or hospital bound is not an obstacle as a home or hospital visit is all part of the daily routine.

Work undertaken in the department includes preparation of Wills, Living Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as Probate and Court of Protection work.
